This crafty project is inexpensive, it's easy to do and it's really handy for attaching things like letters, photos and to-do lists. This isn't like a cork memo board, because you won't need any push pins or cork pins! Watch and learn how to make this French memo board. *16-by-20-inch stretched canvas on stretcher bars
*Piece of quilt batting, about 20-by-24-inches
*Cotton fabric, about 24-by-28-inches
*6 yards of 1/2 inch ribbon or jumbo rick rack
*12 buttons, any size, optional
*Sewing needle and thread that matches the ribbon
*Staple gun and staples
*Picture hanging hardware to hang the board when finished
